1935 Ford Fordor Sedan

This 35 Ford would have some great stories to tell if it could only talk. Having been a participant in the 2013 Great Race, and several other car rallies, it has a great history. It took 1st place in it's class in that 2013 race. The car is quite original. The body is in excellent condition. The "Bonnie and Clyde" car is an outstanding example of a 35 Ford Model 48 Deluxe Fordor Sedan. It's flat-8, 221ci 90hp V-8 engine runs like a top and has been trouble free the past several years. The 35 could still do well in a road rally, and how cool would that be?
The interior is in very good condition.
The body has no major dings, dents, or issues. The Time Wise electronic Speedometer is also included. These speedometers run around $1000. and are a must for the Great Race participants. This is a great original feature. A rotating ashtray. The rear window cranks still work. 1935 was the last year for the wire spoked wheels. The undercarriage is very sold and in very good condition. The 2013 race was held in conjunction with the great Back To The 50s car show in St. Paul , MN that year. The car show participants had the opportunity to see the race cars and their drivers on the day before the race began.
There are a few areas that are showing their age, but all in all the car is in very good condition. The car also comes with several spare parts. Side panels, spare tire cover, side skirts, tires, engine parts, and some interior parts. The side panels have new hinge rods. This is a poster that one of the previous owners used to place at shows when he displayed the car. The owner of the car decided to leave the decals on the car. It's a great look and is just a great testament to the history of the car.
