The 1956 Ford F-100 is one of the most collectible years of the Ford pick ups. Though not the sought after "Big Window" pick up, it is still a very popular truck.    The interior is quite original except for the seat and door panels. It could you some new upholstery and headliner.    There are a few little idiosyncrasies to the old truck. One minor item is that the shift lever has to be just between the Reverse and Neutral to start the truck.    The battery compartment is easily accessible. As you can see the 12V battery is just over a year old.

The bed looks like the truck has been used and could use painting and the wood needs refinishing but it is solid.    The cab corners are solid.    The P205/75R15 tires look great with their wide whites.   The body is very solid and shows no signs of rust.    The engine compartment is well detailed.    The 272 ci V-8 runs well and there are no leaks under this truck.    You can see there is a bit of chrome peeling on the front grill.

The bumpers are straight but could use refinishing.    The owner purchased a few new items that he was going to install, but he never got to do that. These items are of course included with the truck.   This shot shows the grill peeling.
