Roof RackWe are very proud to be presenting this 63 VW. It's one of the nicest one we've seen in a while.   The interior is in excellent condition. There is a great under dash wicker utility shelf.    There is a new speedometer cable, but the speedometer works sporadically.    This is such a fun little Beetle. We love the beetle floor mats.    The only real rust we found was this area under the passenger door. This area is solid and does not appear to be spreading to the outer door skin.    The engine compartment is clean and the 1192 cc engine runs great.   The front trunk is clean with no visible rust.    

Much of the undercoating is chipped off and it looks very solid under it. These are not rust areas.    This small section is the only part we saw that actually shows a bit of rust.    You can see new brakes lines front and rear.    All of the bright work is very good. There is just one small window frame with a bit of pitting which we show in a later photo.   You can see the paint is excellent. We found no flaws in it at all. There is a very tiny chip on one door edge, but that's it.   This is a great little accessory. It's a real bug deflector just for the VW.    These great Volkswagens are just so much fun to drive. They are very collectible.  With over 838,488 produced in 1963 alone, there are several still on the road.
