We are proud to present this very nice 64 Falcon to you.   There were only 2980 Falcon Futura Sport convertibles produced in 1964. The Ford Falcon actually spawned the Mustang. These were the cars that gave Lee Iacocca his inspiration for the Mustang.    This is a very nice example of the 1964 Falcon Futura. The paint is very nice. The car drives extremely well and everything is working. The power top goes up and down smoothly.    The interior is very nice. The correct Red Crush vinyl interior is in excellent condition.
The door tag codes out to show that this was an original 260 V-8. We did not check to see if it's the original. It is also shows that it is a real Wimbledon White car with red interior.  The original transmission was the Ford-O-Matic 2 speed, but has been changed to a 3 speed Cruise-O-Matic.   You can see the soft top is like new inside and out.   The trunk is very solid. There is no sign of rust.

The car is equipped with it's correct 260 V-8 engine. The engine compartment is well detailed and would show well at any car show.    The undercarriage is very clean. You can see that there is no obvious rust and the owner never drove the car in the rain.    The dual exhaust make the Falcon sound really good. Be sure to check out our video.    You can see the rocker panels are in really good condition. This is a very solid car.
