This is a very unusual vehicle for Garrett Classics to have in our inventory. We are however very proud and excited to have it. This M151 is a part of our military history and will be remembered This MUTT is an original 1966 Ford. It was restored in 1988. Starting with a disassembled vehicle, the owner completely restored and rebuilt it in 1988 and so it's titled as a reconstructed vehicle with a clear Texas title. by many of the veterans who served during the Vietnam years.   In 1951 Ford was awarded the contract to design a 1/4 ton 4X4 vehicle to replace the aging M38 Jeep. The M151 was developed to guidance  of the US Army's Ordnance Tank Automotive Command. The M151 MUTT ( Multi Use Tactical Truck) was created.

Military vehicles have become quite collectible and this is a great example to adfd to your collection.   The restoration was well done. There was a lot of attention to detail.    The undercarriage still looks good even though it has been a while since the restoration.    Just like it's predecessor, the Jeep M38s, these were rugged vehicles that could go just about anywhere, and withstand a great deal of abuse.
