We are happy to present this very nice 442. The VIN# proves that this is a true 442. The engine is not the original, but said to be date correct and it was rebuilt approximately 1500 miles ago. The car has many updated features from it's original state.

With the changes made to the car, it is not quite the original 442 it was born as, but it now has some great upgrades. With the fuel injection, it starts every time and runs great. The FiTech is tuned well, and everything is working on the car.

We want to mention the rear end of the car. You will see in the undercarriage shots that there is Perfect Launch 10 bolt differential cover. The main reason to use this cover is that there is a drain plug and a fill plug that are very easily accessible. The rear also has QA1 anti hop bars and coil over rear shocks. The car also has positraction. The rear tires are wider than the front, but the car is not tubbed. You'll see that in the trunk photos.

It appears the builder was setting the car up to possibly do a little racing, but not really to drag race.

There are some flaws in the paint which show up in our photos, and there appears to be a bit of Bondo in that area. The front seats are fabric instead of vinyl like they should be. The top is in good condition and has just a little tear on the piping on the lower edge of the passenger side lower edge.

We have several more photos if you are interested. Just let us know and we'll send them to you.
