Looking up production numbers, we find out of 117,152 Polaras and Monacos built in 1969, 973 base Polara convertibles were built, and only 579 Polara 500 convertibles were built. That makes this car one of only 579 cars of it's kind built that year.   The color combination is awesome on this Polara. The paint is said to be mostly original with just some touch up areas. The interior is in excellent condition.   The dash is like new. There are no cracks or fading.   You can see the doors are rust free underneath.    There is one switch cover missing on the window controls.
