Restored just about 4 years ago in California, the truck was purchased by a retired judge in Texas and then by thecurrent owner. It has been well taken care of but does have a few paint touch ups which we will show in later photos. The bed is in good condition and the paint in general is very good.
The interior is in excellent condition. The gauges all work, as does the aftermarket radio. The Vintage Air unit is working fine, and blowing very cold. The Dolphin gauges all work, and the truck never overheated even with the a/c running on a 96 degree day here in Texas.
The horn on the steering wheel does not work, but there has been an auxiliary horn button added under the dash to the left of the air vent. The original vin tag is in place. Both door panels are excellent. There is no rust under the doors. The 18" American Racing Wheels are wrapped in 255/55R18 Crossroad XTSs front and rear.
Under the hood is a great running High Torque 283ci V-8. The engine puts out approximately 220hp and has plenty of power for cruising. With it's electric choke, the engine starts right off every time.
The TH350 auto transmission shifts through it's gears well.
The engine compartment is clean and nicely laid out with the Vintage Air hoses and compressor. The undercarriage is solid and in very good shape. It has a bit of road dirt, but all in all is very clean.
