We are presenting this very nice 71 Duster at our dealership.     The Vin shows this car to be a real Duster produced in the main Chrysler plant at Hamtramck, MI and it came from the factory with a 225 cu in /145 hp slant 6 engine. There is no fender tag, so we have no idea about the rest of the options on the car.    The interior is in very nice condition. There are a few cosmetic issues, but nothing that can't be taken care of very reasonably.    The dash has a crack. and the A pillar covers are a bit scratched as well.   There has been an aftermarket Kenwood stereo installed.

The wood grain inserts have been recently replaced on the console, and the glove box and console locks are new as well.   The seat covers and door panels appear to be new as well as the carpet. The dash looks very original.   The head liner is in very good condition.    There are lap belts as well as shoulder belts.   The 2 rear windows operate easily.    You can see under the doors are rust free and in excellent condition.    All chrome and stainless trim are in excellent condition.   The 340 engine with it's 4bbl carburetor runs great. We were told it was rebuilt and blueprinted, but the owner has no documents to prove it.

We have noticed all body panels seem to be stamped with factory stampings which indicates there appear to be  no after market body panels.   The undercarriage is in really nice condition. We found no rust and it is very well detailed.  Though not a 340 from the factory, someone did a very nice job with this car. The paint is excellent and the decals were places correctly.    This will make someone a very nice car to drive or show.    Come in and check this car out before it's gone.
